Product availability is the time required to process and prepare the items in your order
for shipping. Availability is usually from 5 - 12 business days, but can extend up to 4
weeks for some items. The availability is listed with each product. Once the order is
ready for shipping, the shipping time is the travel time it takes to get the order from us
to you. For example, selecting 2nd Day Air does not mean your order will arrive two
days after you placed the order, but it will arrive two days after if leaves our facilities.
Some products are not regularly kept in stock and require more time to receive from the
manufacturer. In such a situation, the estimated delivery time for the product will be
stated with the product information. Sometimes we are able to rush an order sooner
than the stated delivery time. If you have any shipping questions or wish to check on

Backorder Products
Occasionally, a product may be on backorder and will not be available for shipping
within the normal time listed for that product. If this is the case, we will contact you,
provide you with an estimate of availability for the backorder product, and ask how you
wish for us to fulfill your order.
